Under article 6 III 2° of the French LCEN, the publisher of a non-professional site may keep their identity private: it has been provided to the host named below, who retains it and holds it at the disposal of the judicial authority.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, États-Unis, vercel.com.
The database and authentication are operated by Supabase, with data hosted in the Union européenne.
Where the data comes from
Keep&Repair republishes public data and manufacturer documents. Every piece of information carries its source; that is not decoration, it is what lets you judge whether to rely on it.
- Repairability and durability indices: data.gouv.fr, under the Open Licence.
- Safety recalls: RappelConso (data.economie.gouv.fr, Open Licence).
- Repair guides: iFixit, under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA. Guides remain the property of their authors.
- Manuals and documentation: published by manufacturers. They remain their property: we reference them and, where permitted, make them accessible. We claim no rights over them.
- Video tutorials: hosted by YouTube and owned by their channels, named on every video. Some belong to spare-part retailers: we say so, so you can take it into account.
Visitor contributions
Reviews and questions are written by visitors. They are neither manufacturer instructions nor professional advice. The contribution rules (and what we refuse to publish) are detailed on the Contribution rules page.
Safety
The information on this site replaces neither the manufacturer's manual nor a qualified professional. If in doubt about mains electricity, gas, a battery or a safety device, do not attempt it: call a professional.
Intellectual property
The site structure, its own texts and its visual identity belong to the publisher. Manufacturer trademarks, logos and documents remain the property of their respective owners; they are used for identification and information purposes.
