Before you start
I only have the brand, not the reference.
Send what you have. A brand and a type of appliance often suffice to identify the range, and we only ask again for the reference if we truly cannot do without it. It is on the appliance’s label: at the back, under the lid or inside the door frame.
My appliance is fifteen years old. Is it worth it?
Often, yes: on an older appliance, a part costs a fraction of the price of a new one. We cannot promise to find something, as some manufacturers published nothing on their older models. In that case we tell you so, and we do not publish an empty page.
What do you do with my email?
One thing only: let you know when the page is online. We delete it right after sending, with no newsletter and no sharing with anyone. It is optional, the page will be published anyway.
What if you find nothing?
