Finding your Candy model number
It is the only thing you need. It is printed on a label stuck to the appliance itself, not on the box, not on the receipt.
On Candy appliances the plate is on the door frame.
Open the door and look at the frame of the appliance, not at the door itself. On a washing machine it is often just below the drum opening.
- Look for the label on the appliance
A plate stuck or engraved on it, never the box, never the receipt. It also carries the wattage and the serial number: neither is what we need.
- Copy the number exactly as printed
Copy it exactly as printed. With or without spaces, upper or lower case, the whole thing or just the start: our search copes with all of them.
